How much does it cost?

15yrs and older: $49 per Person 14yrs and under: $39 per Person $35 Per Person for our 45 minute room

Split payments?

We do not accept split payments online. We require full payment upon booking.
Parking?
+
Chevron Renaissance Car Park (free for 2hours) or Cypress Avenue Carpark ($5 all day, free after 7pm)
Public Transport?

The Cavill Avenue and Cypress Gardens tram stops are 200m away.

How long does it take?
+
You will have 60 minutes to escape. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to get ready as late arrivals will shorten your game length.
Cancellations
+
All our bookings are final. When booking you are bound by that selection and your session cannot be changed.
How early should I arrive?
+
Arriving 10-15 minutes before your session allows us to introduce the theme to you and get you ready to head in on time. Teams arriving late will result in a shorter game experience.
What if we have more than 6 people?
+
With more than 6 players we recommend doing head-to-head. This splits your group into 2 rooms and allows everyone to be involved. Just book two rooms around the same time under the same name.
What should I wear?

The games are not physical. Therefore you can wear anything comfortable for you to play in. Footwear is required. Thongs or Shoes is fine.
Age limits?
+
We recommend our rooms for players who are 10+. If you are under 10 you may still play however the puzzles are designed for older ages. All players entering a room require a ticket. We currently have 3 scary themes which require all players to be at least 12 years or older. There must be at least one person over the age of 15 in each session in case there is an emergency
What is the ideal team size?

Our rooms cater for teams 2-6 people. The most successful are teams that have 4-5 people.

I want a scary room, which room do you recommend?

Our scariest rooms are The Freakshow, The Serial Killer & The Nightmare. These rooms involve actors and jump scares. These rooms require all players to be 12 years or older
